- Shipping & Delivery
- Your Item will be shipped as soon as it is printed. We print on Tuesdays and Fridays and ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you choose Express mail, your order will get to you next day on a Thursday and Monday or Tuesday if your order was printed on Saturday. We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries internationally. Shipping takes 7-10 days for all orders in the U.S., and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. and internationally are sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply.
- Privacy & Security
- We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer database or newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your e-mail address, mailing address, or phone number during the ordering process the information is used for order confirmation purposes only.
- Returns & Replacements
- Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase (minus shipping/handling fees), provided they are unworn and not yet washed, and it is within 30 days of your order. We can not process your return without your invoice #. If you do not know your invoice # please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.
Upon preparing your shirt for return to us, please indicate your invoice number along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return on a note to be included in the box/package.
- Exchange Instructions:
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it (minus shipping/handling fees).
- Ordering
- You can order from BLOCK 33 with a major credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). You can also pay via PayPal* or Google Checkout. We do not accept money orders or personal checks.
Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily refund your purchase (minus the shipping amount) within the first 30 days of the date you place your order).
*We offer PayPal as the only payment option for the countries listed here that are marked with an asterisk. We do not accept credit cards from these countries.
- HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
1.) Click the thumbnail of the shirt/item you would like to purchase.
2.) Customize your shirt by choosing the color and size you like (some shirts come in only one color option). Once complete, click the "ADD TO CART" button and you will be taken to your online shopping cart where you can check out or continue shopping.
3.) Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details, blah, blah, blah.
4.) All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.
5.) When entering your credit card information, please ensure that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.
